Debuff System
Initial Platform Release
The Debuff system will not be implemented during the release, instead, simplified debuff logic has been integrated directly into the core gameplay and mechanics of the user's account type.
Baked Beans on Solana Debuffs
Periodically, Temporary Debuff's will be applied both globally(Everyone) and locally(Your Account only) to the Baked Beans Miner. These Debuff's are to ensure the miner remains stable and to negatively impact bad actors.
Note: Global Debuff's will be voted on and approved by the Community prior to execution, and local Debuffs are applied automatically.
A few Debuffs that may be applied globally are:
"Crunch Time", which is a Global Debuff that decreases APR interest percentage due to TVL liquidity crunch.
"Baked Referral", which is a Global Debuff that decreases the total APR percentage gain from referral links.
"Gluttony", which is a Global Debuff that disables the Eating Feature to sustain the TVL during down market periods. Note: This debuff is only applied after a community vote and disabled after a second vote.
A few Debuffs that may be applied locally are:
Eating Fatigue
A local Debuff that is applied whenever you use the eating feature. This Debuff stacks sequentially each time you eat and decreases your APR interest percentage. Each time you Re-Bake your Beans, a stack of "Eating Fatigue" is removed.
Note: The first stack of this debuff only has a small impact on your APR percentage, but sequential stacks substantially decrease your APR percentage.
Missing in Action
A local Debuff that is applied whenever you don't Re-Bake or Eat your Beans for that day.
This Debuff when stacked to "three(subject to change due to community decision)" pauses your daily APR interest generation.
The Debuff is removed when you Re-Bake or Eat your Beans.
Full of Beans
A local Debuff that is applied whenever you've reached the daily APR interest limit. This limit is scaled based on your total amount deposited.
When this Debuff is applied, you can no longer generate anymore interest for that day.
Note: This Debuff and it's applied scaled limit will be voted on through the community, and thoroughly tested to ensure best performance.
Stuffed
A local debuff designed to manage the frequency of user withdrawals and prevent excessive or malicious use of the withdrawal function.
The debuff is triggered when a user exceeds their account level's maximum number of allowed withdrawals within a 30-day period.
Maximum number of withdrawals depends on the user's account level.
Level 1 - Apprentice Baker: 3 withdrawals per 30 days
Level 2 - Assistant Baker: 4 withdrawals per 30 days
Level 3 - Journeyman Baker: 5 withdrawals per 30 days
Level 4 - Master Baker: 6 withdrawals per 30 days
Level 5 - Artisan Baker: 7 withdrawals per 30 days
Eat the Rich
A local debuff designed to apply a progressive taxation system on user withdrawals based on the ratio of daily ROI to the user's total amount deposited,
Threshold 1
Taxation: 10% on all withdrawals.
Applies When: ROI is between 50% and 99% of the total baked deposits.
Example: If a user deposits 2 Solana and their daily ROI reaches 1 Solana, they fall into Threshold 1. Withdrawing at this point incurs a 10% tax, resulting in a net withdrawal of 0.9 Solana.
Threshold 2
Taxation: 20% on all withdrawals.
Applies When: ROI is between 100% and 149% of the total baked deposits.
Example: Should the daily ROI exceed 2 Solana on a 2 Solana deposit, the user enters Threshold 2. A withdrawal at this level is taxed at 20%, netting 1.6 Solana.
Threshold 3
Taxation: 30% on all withdrawals.
Applies When: ROI is between 150% and 199% of the total baked deposits.
Example: For an ROI reaching 3 Solana per day on a 2 Solana deposit, the user is in Threshold 3. Withdrawals here are taxed at 30%, yielding 2.1 Solana
Threshold 4
Taxation: 40% on all withdrawals.
Applies When: ROI is between 200% and 399% of the total baked deposits.
Example: An ROI of 4 Solana per day from a 2 Solana deposit pushes the user into Threshold 4, where the tax is 40%, allowing a withdrawal of 2.4 Solana.
Threshold 5
Taxation: 50% on all withdrawals.
Applies When: ROI exceeds 400% of the total baked deposits.
Example: If the daily ROI reaches 8 Solana on a 2 Solana deposit, the user hits Threshold 5. The withdrawal tax here is 50%, resulting in a net of 4 Solana.
Food Coma
A local debuff that is a regulatory measure designed to prevent traditional miner "endgame" problems, such as the exponentially infinite growth of user's rewards which can cause the platform to become immensely unstable, affecting all users.
This debuff penalties users whose withdrawals exceed twice the total amount of Solana they've deposited into the miner within a 30-day cycle.
Every 30-days, the debuff resets, allowing the user's to withdraw up to another 200%.
When the debuff is triggered, the user's ROI is decreased to 0% until the reset occurs.
This debuff overrides all Gems, Buffs or other ROI-increasing mechanisms
